The company Andarta Pictures (hereinafter the “Company”) processes personal data.

1. Commercial prospecting and marketing

The following information is collected and processed: contact details such as last name, first name, home address, country of residence, telephone number, and email address.

• To send communications about products and services for commercial prospecting purposes. These communications may take the form of email or postal mail. These data are retained for prospecting purposes for a maximum period of 3 years.
• Where data has been collected during the provision of a service or upon request for information, information about similar or targeted services may be sent unless the individual requests to stop receiving such communications. These data are retained for prospecting purposes for up to 3 years after collection.
• Each electronic marketing communication includes an unsubscribe link. It is also possible at any time to send an email to privacy@andarta-pictures.com to request that such communications cease.

Customer personal data are retained for the duration of the contractual relationship plus 3 years for marketing purposes.

For anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing purposes, data are retained for 5 years after the end of the relationship with the Company.
